Day 30 — Whatever tickles your fancy

Reply with the first word that comes into your head for a description of the person who’s replied before you.

First person to reply gets to do me ;)

Day 29 — Hopes, dreams and plans for the next 365 days

Hopes

I hope to finish college with full marks in all my units, and go to Uni and continue my success there.

Dreams

I wish to start a band/get music recorded, start a business and generally become a better person.

Plans

This.

Sorry it’s posted a day late/there’s not much to it. I hit my head pretty hard last night, to the point I was asked several times if I was drunk having not had anything to drink. I’ve had trouble concentrating today as well. Bad times.

Day 28 — This year, in great detail

March

(Stolen from the last 30 Days post for this month)

Going out for friend’s birthday’s like usual. Now it’s warming up, I plan on spending a lot more time out, and a lot less time hiding inside from the world.

I also want to go and see Zebrahead. Speaking of which I better find out if I can buy a ticket on the door for them, as I haven’t got a ticket yet. Saw them in 07 and they were pretty amazing.

Might go and see a Pendulum DJ Set, missed it last time and apparently it was pretty amazing.

Looking forward to the weekend of 26th March as loads of people are back from Uni/who live halfway across the country. Hopefully I’ll have the time to see them all and work won’t want me too much.

It will also be the start of my list. :) I can’t wait.

April

It’s Easter, which’ll mean lots of hours at work and lots of money.

And Easter eggs. I think I want a Lindor one.

It’s a couple of friend’s birthdays again, and hopefully it’ll be warming up. Not much else happening in April though I don’t think. Lent will be over, so I’ll be able to drink again which be nice. I didn’t realise that I would kinda miss having a social drink every now and again.

May

I’m looking forward to my friend’s birthday in May as the events are always good. :)

I’ll be finishing up all my work from college.

A couple of friends will be giving birth.

And my baby brother turns 16! It’s certainly going to be an odd month.

June

June will be an odd time too. But good.

Download Festival will be epic. I can’t wait, I’m stupidly excited already. :D

June will also spell the end of college. Which again will be weird. I’ve been at college for coming up to four years now. Uni will be another big change in my life when it comes about.

I will also hopefully be going to Spain to see my Grandparents. Again, can’t wait :)

July

July will spell the start of working stupidly long 40+ hour weeks, however it’ll also mean Sonisphere at the end of it which I really want to go to looking at the line-up, even though I’ve seen a lot of the bands playing before. They were all awesome when I saw them, so why not again?

August

Work work work work work. And maybe going on holiday with friends to Cornwall in at the end of it. Speaking of which, I need to talk to my friend about that. Either way, will be an epic trip. :D Maybe someone will even teach me how to surf.

September

September I will spend making the most of my last month at home before going to Uni. I’ll be making final preparations, and making sure everything is sorted out before I go. At the end, I’ll be traveling to Uni and starting what is essentially a new life. Scary stuff. I’ll be making plans to travel America next summer as well.

October

October will be the cue for Freshers’ at Uni, and the start of classes. I can’t wait. I’ll be meeting so many new people, and hopefully making lots of new friends too. I’m hoping I won’t be too homesick or end up killing the people I’m living with ^_^

And the great fun of dressing up for Halloween ^_^ Return of the Penguin costume!

November

Nothing much ever really happens for me in November. It’s quite a quiet month. Mostly spent preparing for Christmas, Christmas shopping and suchlike. By that time I’d have settled into Uni I’d like to think, and got some sort of routine there. I’d have come back to visit home, and probably really realising how easy I had it living at home.

December

In December I’ll be turning 21. It’s going to be killer (okay, not normally something I’d say but yeah sure, why not?), I need to start thinking of what I want to do for it. I’d always thought go to America just because I’d be legally old enough to do stuff like drinking when going over there, but I’ll be going to America the summer afterwards anyway to do a summer camp.

For my birthday I also might still be up at Uni which’ll suck .There’s a lecture or two I may have to miss. Or delay my birthday plans.

Then Christmas. An overcommercialised holiday, but a nice one all the same. I do love giving presents, although I’m setting myself a budget this year.

January

January, the start of yet another new year. 2011, that’ll be an odd thought. It’s a better year number than 2010 which just sounds silly. But will it be called two thousand and eleven, or twenty eleven? Twenty eleven just sounds silly in my opinion.

February

February brings another overcommercialised holiday. I’ll be pretty much ignoring that one too. Might think about going skiing too. The next year is going to be very expensive for me I think. Oh well, good times are to be had ^_^

Day 27 — This month, in great detail

(Posted a day late as I wasn’t online yesterday)

My plans for the coming month are:

Going out for friend’s birthdays like usual.

Then after that it’s Easter, which’ll mean lots of hours at work and lots of money.

And Easter eggs. I think I want a Lindor one. This is going to be a good month, I can tell. :D

Day 26 — Your week, in great detail

I hate being awake so early. *grumble grumble grumble*. So, my plans for the next week are:

Today

College, then pub again o_O It’s a good job I’m still not drinking really/don’t really drink much anyway. It’s so cold today as well. Not sure what I’m doing after the pub yet, but I know I could do with some sleep.

Saturday

I have work. After work, another pub trip. I think I need to get people going elsewhere again somehow. I’m really starting to hate the pub.

Sunday

Questionable work. Otherwise just a nice lazy day I think :) As I don’t think I have plans at the moment.

Monday

Day off Monday, then a friend’s birthday which should be a laugh, although another trip to the pub. I’m really starting to sound like an alcoholic here. I can’t wait until it’s warmer so we can start going to the park and stuff again for picnics.

Tuesday

College again on Tuesday, and then the pub again. Oh the joy. I might have to start drinking again just to justify it, rather than just doing some hardcore non-alcoholic J20/Root Beer drinking.

Wednesday

Wednesday I have a day off, and I’m meant to be going to see Zebrahead. However, I still need someone to buy my ticket. I may just risk travelling up there and seeing if they have any on the door. If not I’ll probably just have a lazy movie and pizza day.

Thursday

I currently have no plans for Thursday other than college. Maybe I should make some? ^_^

/another boring blog.

Day 25 — Your day, in great detail

(Warning, extremely boring, please do not bother reading and save yourself from it)

I’d started writing about how my day went within the last 24 hours, but I’d rather do it as plans for the future.

My plans for the day are college, so playing around with Dark Basic Pro, Javascript/CSS/HTML and Flash are my plans for daytime.

Then wandering round the shops for an hour before meeting my friend from work. Then to the pub for dinner (I eat in pubs way too much), and either Bowling, Pool, Dance Machines or a combination of all three.

Should be a good evening. I’m also up a lot earlier than I would like, and really wish to be back in bed. I didn’t see the point of going back to bed when I got in for like an hour. (Yes, I am a dirty stop out).

And I think this is the most boring post I’ve ever posted. Good time to post really seeing as most people are still asleep.

So yeah, please ignore.

Kthanxbai.

Day 24 — Whatever tickles your fancy

This is the wallpaper on my desktop, so what’s yours? Post below. Clean images only please guys :P

3/9/2010 - Video

Day 23 — A YouTube video

This cracked me up, especially as I used to watch Button Moon when I was little.

Day 22 — A website

Just because I can’t think of anything else right now, and have answered all my questions in there.

Send me a message, or ask a random question. Surprise me. http://formspring.me/hellotallsara

Questions of why I started following you won’t be answered though, just accept the fact I liked your blog. :)

Day 21 — A recipe

A superb cheese toastie which I made last night.

What you need:

3 slices of bread
Enough cheese for 2 cheese sandwiches
Some margerine/butter
Some way of toasting it.

What to do:

Butter one slice of bread. Add cheese. Butter another slice of bread and make a sandwich. Butter the top of that slice of bread. Add more cheese. Butter the final slice of bread and add on top of existing sandwich. Then toast it either in the grill or toastie maker or something. :)

Add pineapple/ham/bacon or whatever else you want for varied tastes. I’ve heard marmite works quite well (not a fan personally though)

I think I needed to sleep last night when I made it.

Day 20 — A hobby of yours

I love taking photographs. One day I’ll find a photography job that fits around everything else I do. I took this a few years ago, in Zakynthos. I want to be back there, I miss the sun and it being warm. And being able to swim in the beautiful water full of fishys. :) And with a better camera than 4MP.

Day 19 — A talent of yours

I have this extraordinary talent of blowing up computer parts, as can be seen in the images below.

The CD drive exploded, and blew backwards out of the drive. I had to pick bits of my Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour disk out of my graphics card, motherboard etc. You can even see the scorch marks on the CD drive. Who knew that just turning a PC on could be so damaging?

Over and out

Day 18 — Whatever tickles your fancy

This isn’t the one I found when I was younger, but it’ll do. :)

Teenage ten commandments

1. Thou shall not sneak out when parents are sleeping……. why wait??

2. Thou shall not do drugs………. alcohol lasts longer!

3. Thou shall not steal from Town……… Meadowhall (I don’t know where that is either) has a better selection…

4. Thou shall not get arrested for vandalism…. …. destruction has a bigger effect…

5. Thou shall not steal from thy parents……… everyone knows that grandma has more money!

6. Thou shall not get in fights…. …. just start them…

7. Thou shall not skip class……..just take the whole day off!

8. Thou shall not strip in class………. Hooters pays more…

9. Thou shall not think about having sex……. as Nike says just do it!

10. Thou shall not help old ladies cross the street……… just leave them in the middle.

Day 17 — An art piece (painting, drawing, sculpture, etc.)

Wings Of Love

I found this whilst I was doing GCSE Art I think. One day I’ll have this on my wall. :) I just love the colours and the composition of the picture. It’s prettyful.
